 This workshop focuses vetting your business idea though the business model canvas. This model uses nine key segments of what is needed to start your business: Value Propositions, Customer Segments, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Partners, Key Activities and Cost Structure.
